Hello! I'm Abby

ABOUT HEALING WITH ABSRAW

Absraw contributes to healing in various aspects of life. I prefer a proactive approach to life, as it is simpler to prevent issues than to address all the accumulated damage over the years.

My goal is to help clients make lifestyle changes that are achievable, practical, and sustainable in the long run.

Day by day, my sacred responsibility and purpose are to assist my clients in attaining wellness. I provide personalized guidance to help each client embark on a healing journey that is tailored to their needs.

EMPOWERING HOLISTIC HEALING

I empower my clients to take control of their health by integrating natural medicine, skin health, and balanced nutrition. Believing that true healing comes from within, I’m passionate about inspiring sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term vitality. Through the e-book, one-on-one consultations, and educational resources, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.

HOW I GOT INTO A HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE

Having faced challenges with chronic and "mystery illnesses", I understand the feelings of confusion, isolation, and frustration. My aim is to educate and support both men and women on their unique healing paths, reassuring them that there are solutions to their struggles. Faced with a chronic illness, I learned how to genuinely heal the body, enabling a life devoid of pain, challenges, and despair.

TAILORED TO EACH CLIENT

Day by day, my sacred responsibility and purpose are to assist my clients in attaining wellness. I provide personalized guidance to help each client embark on a healing journey that is tailored to their needs.

What is plant-based holistic healing?

A plant-based lifestyle mainly revolves around the consumption of plant-derived foods such as vegetables, fruits, healthy grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes. While it may occasionally incorporate small quantities of animal products, the primary focus is on reducing or eliminating animal-based foods. Here are the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle:

  • Consuming a nutrient-rich diet packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber
  • Decreased likelihood of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and specific cancers
  • Better weight management leading to reduced body fat and a lower risk of obesity
  • Enhanced digestion and overall well-being

Here are some examples of a plant-based lifestyle for those who are new to this concept or want to learn more about it:

Vegan: excludes all animal products

Vegetarian: excludes meat but may include dairy and eggs

Flexitarian: primarily plant-based but occasionally includes meat or fish

Whole food plant-based: focuses on whole, minimally processed plant foods

Embracing a plant-based lifestyle can promote better health, support environmental sustainability, and uphold ethical treatment of animals, all while offering a diverse and fulfilling way of living. Personally, I advocate for a plant-based lifestyle for the purpose of healing chronic illnesses.
